Indoor lighting

Light that works with the room.

Good interior lighting solves a task before it decorates the ceiling.

Indoor lighting is more than choosing a fixture. Placement, switching, color quality, ceiling conditions, and the existing circuit all shape the result. Blackstone installs lighting for finished rooms, renovations, and new spaces with those details considered together.

Frequent questions

Questions specific to indoor lighting.

Can you add recessed lights to an existing room?

Often, yes. Access above the ceiling, joist direction, insulation, switching, and the existing circuit determine the cleanest installation path.

Do dimmers work with every LED fixture?

No. The fixture, lamp, driver, and dimmer must be compatible to avoid flicker, limited dimming range, or unwanted noise.

Can you install a heavy decorative fixture?

Yes, after confirming that the electrical box and support are rated for the fixture weight and location.
